Discipline & public notices

The majority of complaints are resolved through a consensual resolution process resulting in a formal, legal agreement between a registrant and BCCNM (approved by the Inquiry Committee). Each agreement outlines the action that the registrant has agreed to take to address the issue or issues identified during the investigation process.

upcoming hearings

A discipline hearing is usually a public process in which witness testimony and documented evidence are evaluated by the Discipline Committee. Outcomes from a disciplinary hearing can range from no further action being taken to suspension or cancellation of registration.
