Consent agreement

On March 20, 2014 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between CRNBC and Ma Eriberta Lauang (aka Maria Eriberta Kilates Rojano), of Richmond, BC (the “Registrant”), under which the Registrant has agreed to undertakings equivalent to conditions on the Registrant’s practice of nursing as a result of breaching Professional Standards related to professional boundaries. The Registrant has agreed to:

  • consent to a Reprimand;
  • complete coursework related to professional boundaries;
  • undergo a CRNBC Practice Support consultation;
  • submit a reflective essay;
  • submit reports to CRNBC for competence and fitness to practice for a minimum of 12 months of continuous nursing practice.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the undertakings will protect the public.
