File 2016-0016
On April 13, 2016, the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement following review of a medical evaluation indicating that a Former Registrant who had struggled with a health ailment impairing practice of the profession was fit to return to practice within specific parameters. The Consent Agreement imposes an indefinite limit on access and handling of narcotics, two years of medical monitoring and counselling, and disclosure to the employer.
The name of the Registrant has been withheld in accordance with section 39.3(4)(a) of the Health Professions Act for the purposes of not identifying the personal health information of the Registrant respecting the condition. The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that these terms are sufficient to protect the public.
