Kamali, Joelle, RN

Consent agreement

Mar 6, 2017

Registrant Joelle Kamali of Gibsons, BC failed to disclose required information to CRNBC when she applied for reinstatement of practising registration in 2015. In the course of CRNBC's enquiry into the matter, it also became apparent that the Registrant had provided CRNBC with inaccurate employer information, and she failed to respond to CRNBC's request that she immediately provide accurate information regarding all current nursing employers. Her conduct interfered with CRNBC's ability to meet legislated information-sharing requirements which are intended as a public protection measure.

The Registrant has since provided all current employer information to CRNBC and accepted a public reprimand for the conduct.
