Extraordinary Action to limit the Registrant’s practice was approved on February 3, 2017.

The College of Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia (CLPNBC) Inquiry Committee issued an order to impose a limitation on the practice of Debra Genesse of Peachland, British Columbia (Registration No. 40859). Her CLPNBC registration has the limitation of “No Medication Administration”, on an interim basis during the ongoing investigation of a complaint.

While Ms. Genesse’s registration has a limitation, she must not engage in the practice of administering any medications. 

This order was issued under section 35(1) (a) of the Health Professions Act

Update: Limitation under section 35(1) (a) was lifted on June 28, 2017 following Ms. Genesse’s voluntary resignation as a registrant.
