Interim order

Mar 20, 2015

Extraordinary Action to limit the Registrant’s practice was approved on March 20, 2015.

The College of Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia (“CLPNBC”) Inquiry Committee issued an order limiting the registration of Katrina Faganello of Duncan, British Columbia (Registration No. 35590). Her CLPNBC registration has the limitation of “Supervised Medication Administration”, on an Interim basis, during the ongoing investigation of a complaint.

While Ms. Faganello’s registration has a limitation, she must not engage in the practice of administering any medication(s) independently.

This order was issued under section 35(1) (a) of the Health Professions Act.

Update: The limit under section 35(1)(a) of the Health Professions Act was cancelled on May 24, 2018 following Ms. Faganello's voluntary resignation as a registrant.
