Tan, Resurreccion, RN

Consent agreement

Feb 16, 2012

On February 16, 2012 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between CRNBC and Resurreccion Tan, of Vancouver, (aka Oribello) (the “Registrant”), under which the Registrant has agreed to undertakings equivalent to conditions on the Registrant’s practice of nursing. The Registrant has agreed to: successfully complete remedial education and a consolidated clinical practicum prior to resuming nursing practice; undergo a CRNBC Practice Support consultation; and to submit performance appraisal at 6 and 12 months of full-time nursing practice. The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the undertakings will protect the public.
