When completing his application to renew his registration in 2017, Registrant Shivie Sidhu (NP) failed to disclose required information about criminal charges he faced in 2016. His failure to disclose this information interfered with BCCNP’s ability to meet legislated information-sharing requirements which are intended as a public protection measure. The registrant has accepted a public reprimand for the conduct.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
