Dreis, Wendy, RN

Consent agreement

May 10, 2019

On May 10, 2019 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Wendy Dreis of Port Coquitlam, BC, in relation to her failure to immediately disclose a copy of her consent agreement dated May 20, 2017 to her employer as required as a term of that agreement.

The Inquiry Committee was concerned by this conduct.  The Registrant failed to comply with her agreements disclosure requirements.

The Registrant has consented to a suspension of five days from practicing registration and has also consented to a public reprimand, both for her failure to immediately disclose a copy of her consent agreement to her employer and her inconsistent explanations as it relates to her failure to complete this disclosure.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
