Dickson, Terry, RN

Consent agreement

Oct 19, 2019

On October 19, 2019 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Terry Dickson of Abbotsford, to address misconduct occurring between January 25, 2017 and October 24, 2018. Specifically, on over 50 occasions Ms.Dickson, an infection control practitioner, signed into her shift before leaving sometime during the shift for a secondary private workplace, receiving pay from both. In 13 instances, she received 7.5 hours of pay from both employers (including overtime rate pay). The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to cancel her practicing registration.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
