On August 13, 2020, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and LPN Registrant Mariefe Bugayong of Victoria, to remediate practice issues related to medication administration, documentation and clinical judgement concerns stemming from her practice at two different care facilities in 2019.
The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a condition on practice, including completing a period of supervised practice, not being in charge or working alone for six months, and completing remedial education.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
