Henderson, Carol, LPN

Consent agreement

Feb 14, 2022

On February 14, 2022, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Carol Henderson, LPN of Victoria, BC, to address conduct that occurred in July 2020 related to the care provided to a resident who was at the end of their life. Carol Henderson documented in the resident's clinical record that she provided care to the resident that they did not provide, and they failed to wear a face mask in keeping with COVID-19 precautions.

Carol Henderson has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a limit and/or condition on their practice, including a one-month suspension of their nursing registration, remedial education, and oversight in the workplace.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
