On May 5, 2022, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Cynthia Larrivee of Surrey, B.C., to address conduct issues related to not reporting previous criminal charges to the regulator upon initial registration and not complying with a signed undertaking. The failure to disclose this information interfered with BCCNM's ability to meet its public protection mandate during the application and investigation processes.
The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to a public reprimand and a three (3) day suspension of their nursing registration.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
