On June 22, 2023, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Katelyn Starchuk of Surrey to address practice issues that occurred between November 2021 and February 2022 related to working at two (2) long-term care facilities in contravention of the Provincial Health Officer's Single Site Order. The Registrant has voluntarily completed remedial education in professionalism and ethics and has agreed to a public reprimand.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
