On Dec. 7, 2023, an Inquiry Committee Panel of BCCNM ordered interim limits and conditions on the registration of Jennie Bao, Licensed Practical Nurse, pursuant to section 35(1) of the Health Professions Act, to protect the public during the course of an investigation.  

Any limits, conditions, and/or suspensions ordered by the Inquiry Committee under section 35(1) of the Health Professions Act are made to protect the public during an investigation. Measures taken under section 35(1) pertain to allegations that are unproven.​
