Accurate record keeping and recording of data is essential in maintaining CRNBC's Standards. As registered nurses we often face busy schedules and maintaining detailed records can be challenging. Due to our work environments we don't often make the time to prepare lengthy documentation. As a result, sometimes our action plans fail to meet our expectations because we have not recorded the correct and complete data in the most useful format.
