Seeking regular feedback on your practice is an important way to identify professional development opportunities and is a key element in BCCNM’s Quality Assurance program.
Multisource feedback activities
- Colleague and co-worker feedback
- Licensees selected for multisource feedback will invite colleagues and coworkers to provide feedback on their practice. The colleagues and/or coworkers will answer a series of questions about the licensee's practice.
- Feedback discussion
- Colleague and client feedback will be summarized in a confidential, individualized report, and the licensee will have a feedback discussion with a peer facilitator to identify strengths, areas for practice improvement and professional development opportunities.
