Mental Health and Capacity Assessment standards, limits, and conditions have been updated. The changes are:
- Course name update to
Protecting People's Rights: Mandatory Mental Health Act Forms (Physicians and Nurse Practitioners)
- Form number updates to reference Form 4.1
These changes are effective immediately.
