Access to your review data and feedback letter from the QA Committee

You will be able to access the chart review information documented by your assessor immediately after your review, via the NPQA online system. You will also receive a letter with the QA Committee's feedback on your review approximately 6-8 weeks after your review date.

What happens if areas for improvement are identified?

The results of your peer review, including your strengths and areas for improvement, can be used to inform your ongoing professional development. If specific areas for improvement are identified, the assessor will share these with you, and you’ll then have the opportunity to discuss strategies to enhance your practice in these areas.

The QA Committee may also provide recommendations for professional development, and in some cases may recommend a follow-up review.
