Litovchenko, Oxana, RN

Consent agreement

Sep 14, 2025

On September 14, 2025, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Oxana Litovchenko of Vancouver, to address practice issues that occurred February 23-24, 2023, related to documenting observation checks she did not conduct.

Nurses are responsible and accountable for documenting in the client record the care they personally provide to the client. Care provided by others is documented by those individuals, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as an emergency.

The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a limit and/or condition on her practice, including:

  1. Suspension of her nursing registration for 3 days

The Registrant completed relevant remedial education courses on her own volition.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will address the professional and practice concerns that arose and will protect the public.
