Consent agreement

Sep 19, 2025

On Sept. 19, 2025, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a consent agreement between BCCNM and Eduard Cristian Armeanu of Mission, B.C., to address practice issues that occurred between November 2023 and July 2024 related to leaving work during a shift, sleeping on duty and inappropriately delegating medication administration to care aides.

The registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a limit and/or condition on their practice, including:

a. A reprimand and a two day suspension of their registration.

b. Remedial education targeted to address their knowledge gap.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will address the professional and practice concerns that arose and will protect the public.
