On March 3, 2026, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a consent agreement between BCCNM and Shelly Doell to address practice deficits that occurred during February and March 2025, related to diverting narcotics and falsifying medical records.
In this case, the registrant has agreed to a four-week suspension and to not return to nursing until deemed fit to practice by an independent medical report.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
