On Feb. 27, 2026, the College's Inquiry Committee Panel suspended the registration of Crystal Moncheira, Licensed Practical Nurse, pursuant to section 35(1) of the Health Professions Act, as an interim risk measure during the course of an investigation.
An interim risk mitigation measure relates to concerns raised with the college that have not been fully investigated and have not yet been proven.
