On July 29, 2026, Nancepreet Dulai consented to a disciplinary order directed by the Investigation Committee to resolve misconduct that occurred in or around late 2022 and early 2023. The respondent licensee committed errors and omissions with respect to medication administration and documentation while working in a high acuity unit with psychiatric patients, and consented to an undertaking not to repeat the conduct at issue, as well as relevant remedial education.
In directing the order, the Investigation Committee noted that proper medication administration and documentation is foundational to safe healthcare delivery.
The Investigation Committee also considered that the respondent licensee was cooperative during investigation, had no previous disciplinary record, and gained no advantage from her conduct. Further context included long-standing institutionalized processes and worksite culture issues that likely contributed to her errors and omissions. The respondent licensee has had several years of issue-free and well-reviewed employment with her new employer, which evinces the possibility of rehabilitation.
