On Aug. 28, 2026, Carla Hundley consented to a disciplinary order directed by the Investigation Committee to resolve misconduct that occurred between September 2024 and October 2025. The misconduct related to one instance of not documenting care or conducting necessary follow-up when providing care to a patient assigned to another nurse, and six instances of unprofessional communication. The respondent licensee consented to an undertaking not to repeat the conduct and to remedial activities.
In directing this order, the Investigation Committee considered that the respondent licensee's conduct breached the BCCNM documentation, professional responsibility and accountability, knowledge-based practice, and ethical practice standards.
The Investigation Committee noted that the respondent licensee engaged in instances of unprofessional communication despite employer intervention. The Investigation Committee also considered that the respondent licensee did not gain any benefits from her conduct and has no previous disciplinary history.
