Notice of interim suspension 

​Cancellation o​f​ interim s​uspension

 

On September 14, 2012, the interim suspension was cancelled when the Registrant voluntarily converted to non-practising registration. She subsequently entered a Consent Agreement with ter​​ms equalling conditions and/or limits on registration in October 2013.​

On June 28, 2012, the CRNBC Inquiry Committee issued an order suspending the registration of Bimla Prasad of Surrey, B.C. (Registration No. 0904576). Her CRNBC registration is suspended, on an interim basis, during the ongoing investigation of a complaint.

While Ms. Prasad's registration is suspended, she must not engage in the practice of nursing or use the titles of nurse or registered nurse or the abbreviation RN.

This order was issued under section 35(1)(b) of the Health Professions Act.

The reasons for this interim suspension have been withheld in accordance with Section 39.3(3)(a) of the Health Professions Act.​
