Consent agreement

​On June 21, 2012 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between CRNBC and Shay Leslie Milne of Victoria, BC,  (the “Registrant”), under which the Registrant has agreed to undertakings to suspend practising registration. The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the undertakings will protect the public.​​​​

Notice of interim suspension 

On April 26, 2012, the CRNBC Inquiry Committee issued an order suspending the registration of Shay Milne of Victoria, BC (Re​gistration No. 0915068). Her CRNBC registration is suspended, on an interim ​basis, during the ongoing investigation of a complaint.

While Ms. Milne's registration is suspended, she must not engage ​​in the practice of nursing or use the titles of nurse or registered nurse or the abbreviation RN.

This or​der was issued under section 35(1)(b) of the Health Professions Act.
