Interim order

​On July 10, 2018, pursuant to section 35(1)(a) of the Health Professions Act, the Inquiry Committee issued an order imposing lim​​its and conditions on the practice of the registrant, during the investigation of a complaint, as follows:

  1. ​​the registrant will not ​​work any night shifts,
  2. the registrant will only work in the capacity of a home care worker if there is available to her a Registered Nurse or a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with whom she can consult,
  3. the registrant will only work on a part-time basis, being defined as .75FTE or less,
  4. the registrant will obtain the agreement of the College before accepting any employment other than as a home care worker, and
  5. the registrant will provide the College with a copy of her completed orientation checklist from her new employment as a home care worker and will review that checklist with one of the College’s Practice Consultants.
