A complaint regarding this former registrant has been resolved pursuant to an agreement between the College and the former registrant which provides that this former registrant shall not seek further registration as a registered psychiatric nurse and shall not use the RPN designation or​​ provide the services of the profession of psychiatric nursing in the province of British Columbia. In addition, this former registrant has agreed that if the College becomes aware that he has sought or obtained registration as an RPN, regulated nurse or equivalent in any other jurisdiction where psychiatric nursing or nursing is regulated, the College may provide the subject jurisdiction with a full copy of the agreement in this matter.​
