Interim order

Jan 11, 2012

The Inquiry Committee relieved the registrant of this condition on March 6, 2018, based on a new assessment from the Ministry of Public Safety that the registrant no longer posed a risk to children.

Jan. 11, 2012

The Inquiry Committee confirmed a restriction on the registrant’s practice not to work with minors (under the age of 19) unless a responsible adult is present. This condition is based on incidents of physical violence that occurred in the mid 1990s. The Inquiry Committee recognized that there have been no other incidents since then but the Committee placed the condition to fully protect the public against any possible risk.
