On May 22, 2014 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between CRNBC and Manjit Kaur Johal, of Surrey, BC (the “Registrant”), under which the Registrant has agreed to undertakings equivalent to conditions on their practice of nursing as a result of competence to practice concerns.

The Registrant has agreed to: for the term of the Agreement, not to practice in a Critical Care environment; a review the CRNBC Professional Standards for registered nurses, including the Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses; undergo a CRNBC Practice Support consultation; submit a reflective essay; and monitoring of nursing practice for at least 12 months of full-time nursing practice.
