Consent agreement

On January 20, 2011 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between CRNBC and Andrew Mackay Cairns of West Vancouver, BC, CRNBC registration no. 0907865 (the “Registrant”), under which the Registrant has agreed to undertakings equivalent to conditions on the Registrant’s practice of nursing including an assessment of nursing practice, a nursing practice consultation, and the submission of a reflective essay for the review of the Inquiry Committee. The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the undertakings will protect the public.

We acknowledge the rights and title of the First Nations on whose collective unceded territories encompass the land base colonially known as British Columbia. As leaders in the settler health system, we acknowledge our responsibilities to these rights under international, national, and provincial law.​
