Extraordinary Action to suspe​nd the Registrant's registration was approved on December 12, 2014.

The College of Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia (“CLPNBC”) Inquiry Committee issued an order suspending the registration of Brigitta Pelcz of Kelowna, British Columbia (Registration No. 44857). 

While Ms. Pelcz’s registration is suspended, she must not engage in the practice of nursing. 

This order was issued under section 35(1)(b) of the Health Professions Act.

Update: Extraordinary action is no longer in effect and the continued suspension is now governed by the March 7, 2017 Order of the Discipline Committee.
