On January 12, 2012 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between CRNBC and Nikita Ivanov of Vancouver (the “Registrant”), under which the Registrant has agreed to undertakings equivalent to conditions on the Registrant’s practice of nursing.
Specifically, the Registrant has agreed to: complete a review the CRNBC Professional Standards for registered nurses, including the Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses; complete remedial education related to safe medication administration and the legalities surrounding the accessing and storage of controlled medications, such as narcotics, in the workplace; undergo a CRNBC Professional Conduct Review Consultation; submit a reflective essay; and submit a performance appraisal after six months of full-time nursing employment.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the undertakings will protect the public.
