Consent agreement

Mar 26, 2019

On March 26, 2019 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Susan Dalmat of Vancouver, BC to remediate practice issues related to multiple incidences of medication mishandling, failure to document, improper Omnicell usage, and failure to adhere to the agency's controlled medication wastage policies from January to March 2016.
