On
August 14, 2019, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Felisaring (Cherry) Lindo (aka Abassi) of North Vancouver, to remediate practice issues related to:
- A medication error involving a narcotic (administering the narcotic to the wrong patient)
- A breach of patient confidentiality by leaving confidential patient information in the home of another patient.
The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a limit and condition on her practice, including: completing remedial education courses, and engaging in a period of supervision of her medication administration for four weeks upon obtaining employment.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
