Consent agreement

On January 23, 2020, a panel of the lnquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Juan Carlos Bruno of Cranbrook, to remediate practice issues related to unprofessional communication, failure to provide client-focused provision of service and failure to administer medications at the time ordered and document accurately.

The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms including a public reprimand, educational coursework in Boundaries, Communications, and Medication Administration, and to participate in a Regulatory Practice Consultation focused on Professional Communication.

The lnquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
