Grewal, Pawanjot, RN

Consent agreement

Feb 28, 2020

On February 28, 2020, RN Pawanjot Grewal of Surrey BC entered into a Consent Agreement with BCCNP to remediate practice issues related to documentation, assessments, safe medication preparation and administration, professional responsibility and accountability, knowledge-based practice and ethical practice.  The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a condition on practice, including: a 1-month suspension resulting from her conduct of dishonesty with the employer, falsification of documentation, patient safety and implication of colleagues, to limit employment to a single non- acute area of practice; not to be the sole RN on duty; and not to work in the “in charge” position. The Registrant has agreed to undergo a six-month fulltime period of mentorship prior to commencement of providing independent patient care; to develop and engage in a learning plan with the employer, and to undergo sensitivity training and/or counselling related to ethical practice.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
