Manhas, Anu, Former RN

Consent agreement

Apr 6, 2020

On April 6, 2020  a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Former Registrant Anu Manhas of Surrey, B.C., to remediate concerns related to her participation in an off-duty criminal scheme to export MDMA to the United States. Her conduct led to a criminal conviction in 2019.

The Former Registrant's registration with BCCNP has lapsed and she is not currently eligible to practise in BC. She has voluntarily agreed to a reprimand and a six-month suspension of practising registration, which would commence immediately upon any successful future reinstatement of practising registration with BCCNP.  To successfully reinstate registration with BCCNP, the Former Registrant would be required to meet all registration requirements, including those relating to competence and good character.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
