Consent agreement

Jun 1, 2020

On June 1, 2020 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Po Chan of Vancouver, BC, to remediate practice issues that occurred in December 2019 related to attending her workplace during her time off and removing the last bottle of nitro-spray to treat a family member who was experiencing chest pain.

The Registrant has proactively engaged in remedial activities to address the conduct. The Registrant has also agreed to a suspension of her certificate of registration to practice nursing for 2 weeks

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
