Brownoff, Wesley, RN

Consent agreement

Jul 10, 2020

On June 27, 2020 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Wesley Brownoff of Penticton, B.C. in relation to his failure to disclose the required portions of a previous consent agreement dated May 25, 2019

The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to a suspension for a period of two weeks for his failure to comply with the disclosure terms of his May 25, 2019 Consent Agreement.

A failure to disclose as required by the terms of a consent agreement is always a serious matter, as it undermines the foundation and intent of BCCNP consent agreement, which are designed to protect the safety of the public.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
