On July 13, 2020 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Amber Hughes of Kamloops, B.C., to remediate practice issues that occurred between March and August 2019, related to sending Facebook Messenger messages discussing confidential information about a colleague admitted for care, and containing unprofessional language and disrespectful comments about other staff.
