The Inquiry Committee (the “Committee”) of the College of Midwives of British Columbia (the “CMBC”) entered into a consent agreement with Ms. Montazer RM, pursuant to Section 33 of the Health Professions Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 183.

Ms. Montazer hereby undertakes to:

  1. change her registration class to Conditional (Remedial) or Non-practising with conditions;

  2. practice under supervision as a Conditional (Remedial) Registrant until the satisfactory completion of a supervision plan. The supervision plan will be made available to any hospitals where Ms. Montazer hold privileges.

The terms of this agreement will be disclosed to the complainant. The terms of this agreement will be published and will be disclosed to individual members of the public upon request.
