Supnet, Jason, Former RPN

Consent agreement

Sep 26, 2020

On September 26, 2020 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNP and Jason Supnet of Delta, BC to remediate practice issues that occurred in October 2019 related to using excessive and unwarranted force with a non-violent client causing injuries, taking actions to conceal his activities and failing to report the incident and failing to ensure that his documentation reflected what actually happened.

The Registrant has agreed to a six month suspension. The Registrant has also agreed to terms equivalent to a condition on practice, including: completing a university based course in mental health nursing, being restricted from working for any individual directly or indirectly related to him, not being in charge for a term and not being the sole RPN/RN on duty for a term.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
