MacKenzie, Alison, Former LPN

Consent agreement

Nov 17, 2020

On November 17, 2020,  a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Former LPN Registrant Alison MacKenzie of Surrey BC, to address concerns related to thefts from the employer's “petty cash" while working as a nurse.

The Former Registrant's registration with BCCNM has lapsed and she is not currently eligible to practice in BC. To successfully reinstate registration with BCCNM, she will be required to meet all registration requirements, including those related to fitness and good character. Any future registration will also be subject to any limits and conditions the Registration Committee deems appropriate.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the outcome is appropriate in light of relevant aggravating and mitigating factors, and is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
