Consent agreement

​On November 23, 2020 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and RPN Robert Felso of Victoria, B.C. to remediate on and off duty conduct issues that occurred between March 2018 and May 2019 related to the posting and/or communicating of inappropriate and sexual comments to and about colleagues; making unwanted sexual and derogatory comments to and about colleagues; downloading inappropriate images on their work computer; and taking extended rest breaks in an inappropriate location (the medication room). 

The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a condition on practice, including: consenting to a three week suspension of their registration; consenting to a reprimand; completion of course work related to sexual harassment; meeting with a BCCNM Practice Consultant; and developing and implementing a learning plan.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
