On December 7, 2020 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Sandra (Grace) Doner of Vancouver, BC, with respect to her breach of terms of her consent agreement that required her to provide necessary disclosure to her new employer.
The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to a suspension of three days for her failure to comply with the disclosure terms of her consent agreement.
A failure to disclose as required by the terms of a consent is always a serious matter, as it undermines the foundation and intent of BCCNM consent agreements, which are designed to protect the safety of the public.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
