Consent agreement

Jun 16, 2021

On June 16, 2021, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Irina Doubrovskaia of Surrey B.C., to remediate practice issues that occurred on September 21, 2020, related to the Registrant practicing outside the LPN scope of practice, making two significant medication errors, and not documenting the administration of a narcotic medication.

The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a condition on practice, including: A four day suspension and six-month limit requiring supervision in any new employment setting, remedial education, and disclosure to the employer.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
