Consent agreement

Oct 6, 2021

On October 6, 2021, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Arthur Rwambiwa of Vancouver, BC, to address practice issues that occurred during the time period of July 2018 to February 2020, related to breaching confidentiality by posting videos recorded at work on social media, not following Safe Medication Practices and making several medication and documentation errors and failing to provide care or assist in providing care to a client.

The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to relinquish their nursing registration and a prohibition on reapplying for 5 years.
