Consent agreement

​On November 23, 2021, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Agreement between BCCNM and Debra Jansen of Chilanko Forks, to address practice issues that occurred between October 2018 and October 2020, including: failure to document care, failure to maintain a supply of current vaccines, medications and critical clinic stocks, failure to monitor the temperature of the vaccine fridge, failure to administer vaccines when ordered, administering expired vaccines, failure to secure and file confidential patient documents, failure to complete lab order requests in a timely manner, and failure to maintain a safe environment for patient care.

​​​The Registrant has voluntarily agreed to relinquish their BCCNM Practicing Registration. 

​The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.​
